Mobile Gambling and Online Poker - Top 10 Mistakes

Mistake 1. Playing When You're Exhausted

It's hard for online players to actually go to bed and stop playing. Some people only know it's time to stop because they have lost all of their money. When you begin to get tired or its past your normal bed time you should stop for the sake of your bankroll. Playing when you're exhausted is only good for one thing, losing all your money.

Mistake 2. Playing Too Many Tables and Folding the Nuts

It's easy to get caught up in playing 3 or 4 tables at once. Having a big hand at one table can really distract you from your other tables. It can be so distracting that you could fold the nuts at the other tables because you weren't even paying attention and were too busy worrying about another table.

Mistake 3: Playing Too High Stakes

Everyone likes to test their skills at bigger stakes. Why wouldn't they, it's how you better your game. It's when the stakes are so high that they can wipe out your bankroll and your rent money in one swoop that your play will suffer.

When the stakes are so high that you're afraid to put all your money in with the best hand you shouldn't be there. Being scared to lose your money just makes you lose it even quicker. Stick to the stakes where you can reload a couple times and be perfectly fine about winning or losing that amount.

Mistake 4: Playing Way Too Many Hands

Well this mistake happens in live poker too but happens a little more common in online poker. Usually it's because the player is tired or just bored but they begin to play every hand they are dealt. Watch how the pros play online poker. They rarely play hands and are very cautious about which ones they choose to play. A bankroll that continually dwindles every 30 minutes is probably caused by playing too many marginal hands. If you're a slow loser then this is probably your diagnosis.

Mistake 5: Work and Play Don't Mix

Everyone who works behind a computer has done it. Sneaking behind the computer and playing some cards while at work sure makes the time go fast but isn't the best thing if you're trying to make some money.

Nagging customers, bosses interrupting, and the occasional damn phone call always seems to interrupt during a huge hand. It just doesn't work because too many things can distract you at the perfect time.

Mistake 6: Going on Tilt Times 5

Ah, the dangers of online poker. The dreaded tilt factor is magnified by 10. Multitablers can lose 5 times as much because typically they have 5 tables open. One bad hand can rock the ship and all their money goes down the tube on all 5 tables. Not only that but it happens really quick online versus live play. At least in live poker it takes some time for the cards to be dealt. Do yourself a favor and only play 1 table if you're susceptible to going on tilt easily.

Mistake 7: Not Able to Handle Losses - "I got to get it back"

The late night frantic plea to try and get your money back is probably the worst feeling in poker. If you "Need to get it back" then you shouldn't have been playing in the first place. Needing the money will only cause you to lose even more and make really bad plays.

Have you ever noticed that players who really don't care about the money tend to win all the time? Players who need to win usually end up on the sidelines wondering what the hell went wrong.

Mistake 8: Too Tight During Heads Up

Watching players lose all their money to blinds is a sad thing. It's very common to see this in Sit n Go's where the player thinks that just because they made it to the final 3 by sitting around that they'll win the darn thing by sitting some more. Loosen up the play, switch gears, and you'll throw your opponent for a loop and they won't know what hit them. Giving your money away to large blinds will only dwindle your stack and leave you with little or no glimmer of hope to actually win the tournament.

Mistake 9: Excessive Bluffing

Poker players just love to bluff online. I don't know if it's the automation of the whole money/chip process or they watch too much poker on TV but players are excessive bluffers online. My whole theory is that players see the pros on TV playing other pros and think that's how they should play. What they don't understand is that it's pros versus pros not pros versus newbie's. Not too many pros bluff new players because new players are hard to bluff. Half the time they don't know what beats what anyway. Bluff too much online and you're bound to get burned.

Mistake 10: Playing While Intoxicated

Time to sit back have a six pack in your underwear and win some money right? Well you got the first part right but the whole trying to win money while you're drunk part, not so right. Alcohol and poker don't seem to mix too well. At least when you're drunk in live games there's usually someone there to stop you like a friend or your empty wallet.

When you're playing online it can be very hazardous to your bank account because you'll tend to go through money like those beers you're drinking. If you can't stop drinking you might want to set an automatic limit on the amount of money you can deposit per day. This should keep you from losing too much if you still want to drink and play poker.

Mobile Gambling Online Poker - Cheating Methods to Watch Out For

This issue must be addressed, and you must understand how to avoid it. It is just a fact of life that people are going to take advantage of other people in an unfair manner when given the opportunity to get an edge.

Whether it's stealing from your local job or taking millions from innocent people through accounting frauds, it's wrong. I am going to tell you these common cheats not so you can go try them yourself, but to prepare you for what to look for. Cheating is for losers and I don't expect anyone who is reading this to ever cheat. Cheating is common in poker and you have to know how to avoid it and what to look for.

Cheating at the Corporate Level

It has even happened at the corporate level when a top level executive was caught using a server exploit in which he used to see other players hole cards. Eventually stealing millions from customers in the mid-part of 2007 at Absolute Poker. He was finally busted and this lead to the biggest scandal in poker. If you want updated info on this you'll have to Google it.

Cheat One "Instant Messaging"

The first thing to look for is slow tables. You want to avoid these at all costs. Most of the time the players aren't just trying to be concise about their actions, they are cheating. Another reason to avoid slow tables is because the more hands you play per hour the higher your profit is going to be.

A common way that people take your money is by working in teams. They will sit down at a table with two or three other friends and suck every penny out of any poor soul that sits down. They do this through a technique called Aiming. They use AIM (automated instant messaging) to tell each other what they have. It may not seem like a big help to each other but it is. Knowing that six cards are out of the deck can improve your odds by almost 12%.

Let me give you an example of how it can help them even more than that. Say they were aiming and one player had 9 2, the other hand 4 7, and the third hand 2 j. All three of these players folded pre-flop. The flop comes 2 2 A. If you're sitting with an ace and you have someone betting like he has a two I think the aimer just might know you don't have a two.

A ring game consists of ten players. These are hot spots for the cheaters because they can play against more players and use more people in their team and still keep their profit level high. These advantages that the cheaters have will make it almost impossible for you to win unless you're just getting the cards that night.

Cheat Two "Co-Op Raising"

Another thing to look out for at tables is players with large stacks. Many times players will go in with a partner and raise re-raise each other pushing other unsuspecting opponents out of a pot. The raising and re-raising is supposed to make you think there are two very strong hands at play. Even the average player understands that when you've been raised and then re-raised in a hand that it's time to run unless you have the absolute nuts. If you see weird folds where no matter what the player had he should have called due to pot odds then you should be suspicious as well.

Most of the time they are doing this with junk hands but as a good player you know the right play is to fold. Now that you know what you are looking for you can use this cheat to your advantage. If you spot two players constantly raising and re-raising each other but are never showing their cards you can trap them. Just calling in this spot will pay you off enormously. Most of the time they will only go to the river card betting big. By this time it doesn't matter because they just raised and re-raised you enough to double your stack.

Cheat 3 "Chip Dumping"

This is probably the most common and easily executed cheat online. The most common place for this cheat is in a 100 player or more $100 buy-in or above tournaments. I have heard of as many as 7 guys working together to pull of this cheat because it increases their odds of winning enormously.

The process involves chip dumping. These players work in teams and dump their chips to each other and finally to one end guy. A guy who started out with 1000 chips just got 12,000 or more handed to him. I don't know about you but if I double up early in a tournament only twice I'm almost guaranteed to make it to the final table.

The only thing that gets in the way of these cheaters is that you don't start at the same table as your team-mate. This is ok because as soon as the players end up at the same table they dump whatever chips they have to each other. It's pretty much a guaranteed way to make it to the final table. In tournaments where first place walks with 50 or 60 thousand it is worth the effort to these cheaters.

MOBILE GAMBLING or mobile betting means you can have your very own personal bookie, whether it be an online SportsBook or even a Mobile Bookmakers website. What Is Blackjack Switch?

Many of us are familiar with the traditional game of blackjack. Blackjack switch is a modern twist on the original game, but is it worth playing? What is the house edge? And which version is better for the player, traditional Blackjack or Blackjack switch?

First of all we will have a refresher course in the original game of blackjack. The aim of the game in blackjack is to attain a score as close as possible to 21 without going over. Players are dealt 2 cards initially, as is the dealer. All cards are worth their face value, picture cards are worth 10 and aces are worth either 11 or 1 whichever suits your hand best. The player (you) always goes first and you have the decision to hit, stand or fold. Once you have finished making your decisions and you have not busted out, the dealer has their turn. Normally they must draw to at least 17. Once this has been achieved whoever has the closest score to 21 is the winner. If the dealer busts then the player wins. If a player or dealer has a picture card and an ace it is known as a blackjack. If a player has a blackjack they are paid 3:2 on their bet.

This is all standard stuff; this version has been played for years and is by far the most popular version of blackjack around. However in recent years casino operators have tried to add some variation to the game and have created a number of variations of the original game. Blackjack switch allows players playing 2 hands with an equal bet on each to switch the second card they receive from one hand to another. This action if played correctly can turn 2 bum hands into to very lucrative hands. But (and there is always a but) there is a price to pay.

There are 2 rules which aim to even out the advantage gained by the player switching the hands are as follows. Firstly if the dealer gets a score of 22 then it is a push or a draw. In conventional blackjack if the dealer attained a score of 22 he would bust and you would win the bet. The second difference to affect the odds is the fact that player blackjacks now only pay even money instead of the traditional 3:2 ratio.

Players may only switch the second cards dealt. For example say you were dealt a 7 6 and a 3 4, you would switch the 6 and the 4 to make new hands of 7 4 and 3 6 thus greatly improving your chances of generating a winning hand. In many cases the decision as to whether or not you should switch the cards will be fairly self explanatory, but detailed calculations are very much more complex.

You can play blackjack switch online. Bewise bets has a list of casinos that offer the game (see link at the bottom of the page). The odds are considered slightly better than that of traditional blackjack although the benefits are marginal at best. Overall it makes little difference as to which game you play but it can be nice to play as a change.

Blackjack Doubling Down – Do It Correctly & Increase Your Bankroll

As you are going to win less than half the hands you play at blackjack, you need to up your bet size on hands when you see the odds are in your favor.

If you want to win at blackjack you will need to learn how to double down and up your bet when the odds are in your favor to win longer term.

Lets look at doubling down in more detail.

While playing blackjack you may be dealt two cards of equal value.

This is a great opportunity and you can then split the cards and ‘double down’. This means that after you receive your two cards, you can add an extra bet, and have effectively two hands.

Sometimes and in some casinos, you can double down on anything in your hand.

In other casinos you have to have a ten or eleven to double down, however doubling down is a favorable rule to the player.

An even more favorable rule is when the casino allows you to double after splitting This really affects the house advantage.

Say you are playing blackjack at a table that uses eight decks, and allows you to double on anything. In this case the casino advantage has dropped to -0.55%. It’s almost an equal game.

There are additional rules for doubling that can reduce or increase the casino advantage. Here are two examples:

If you double down after splitting you will reduce the house odds .13 % to -0.42

If you double down on a 10 and 11 only - .21 so you increase the house odds to -0.76
Discover a basic strategy for blackjack, and use it to determine when you should double down or not.

The strategy must be based on the math and favorable rules. Why is doubling down is so favorable?

Because if you are doubling your bet when you have the best opportunity of beating the dealer and this is the real object of the game.

Knowing when to double down should be done when you know the dealer is weak. A dealer’s up card can indicate his probability to bust. See the table below!

Dealer's Up card 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Ace

Bust % 35 37 40 42 42 26 24 23 23 17

So a dealer’s worst up cards are the two through six. These card will see the dealer bust more than any other up cards. Knowing this, you can double down and be successful.

How about doubling down when the dealer has good up cards? Say a 9 or 10?
These are really more dangerous, but in the end can pay off. You wont be winning as much as when the dealer has smaller up cards, but if your strategy calls for it, double down here too.

Don’t be afraid of losing a double bet. If you are, you are at the wrong table, and move down to a lower table minimum. This is the right play if the time is right, so bet correctly and win.
A common mistake some players make is doubling down with a bet less than your original one.

Why do that?

If you doubling down, you are pretty certain you are going to win.

So why win less than you can?

Again, if you are nervous about losing a double bet, move to a table who’s minimums suit you.
There are also times when nothing works. It happens to everyone. Playing blackjack is a long-term play, and you have to see the big picture.

Doubling down will give you some odds advantage, and a chance to start winning. Stick with it.

Doubling down at the correct time is a good idea, good strategy, and can be extremely profitable.

Finally, if you fail to double down at the correct moment, you only increase the casino’s odds advantage against you.

Be positive, double down correctly and win!

Eight Blackjack Tips to Win You More Money

You can, and will gain an advantage that will give you an edge in playing for long term consistent profits, if you make the required effort by learning the basic strategy, card counting and play to a predetermined plan.

Here are 10 blackjack tips to help you win

1. Learn the Basic Strategy

Statistically, there is one perfect action a player can make, for each of the hands he is dealt, against each up card the dealer holds. This is known as the Basic strategy, and all winning blackjack strategies are based on it.

2. Manage Your Money Correctly

All blackjack players will have losing periods and bad runs and so need to manage their bankroll. A money management rule that is effective is to bet with 1% of your bankroll. For example, if you have a bankroll of $2000, your betting size is 1%, or $20. If you are playing with a 1.5% advantage over the house, (with a
card counting strategy), the chances of losing your entire bankroll are only 5%. It's a mathematical certainty that you will hit a losing run, so you need to be able to ride out those periods.

3. Learn to Count Cards Using a Specific System

Most people who play blackjack do not go beyond basic strategy. However, for the serious player, it has been proven mathematically that by counting cards, you can actually get and maintain a positive advantage over the casino. You can then keep a running count of, and work out the probability of, the undealt cards to come out of the deck. There are lots of different counting systems and you need to pick one that's right for you. However, even a simple system will give you an edge over the casino.

4. Estimate the True Count

Once you know the running count, you are then able to calculate the true count. The true count is the running count divided by the number of decks of undealt cards. The true count gives a better indication of how favorable the remaining cards are than does the running count, and only needs to be calculated when you
want to perform an action i.e. betting.

5. Learn to Adjust Your Bet Size Based on the True Count

As the true count goes up, so should the bet size. As the true count goes down, the bet size should be decreased. You will lose more hands then you will win, so in order to make money longer term, you need to up your bet size when the odds are favorable. This tip is the key to winning big in blackjack.

6. Play with Favorable House Rules

The house rules dictate how much money you can expect to win in the long run. You therefore need to look for favorable house rules to give you an extra edge.

7. State of Mind

If you are seriously playing for money, make sure that you are mentally alert and are concentrating fully. Don't play when you have had a row with the wife, or have been drinking! You need to be sharp and focused.

8. Discipline - The Key to Success

The final blackjack tip for greater profits is obvious: If you have a plan, you need discipline to implement it unemotionally, and stick with it even in losing periods.

Without the discipline to implement your plan, you don't have one!

Advanced Blackjack Strategy

Blackjack card counting is an advanced technique to win on blackjack. A player must first learn the basic strategies of blackjack before learning “counting”. By learning the technique of counting you will have the odds with you.

The basic concept of blackjack counting is that a deck filled with 10s and aces will be to your advantage. While the deck of the dealer is filled with smaller cards but is to the dealer’s advantage. Simply put, when the deck is in your favor bet to the maximum, when it’s with the dealer’s bet minimum.

This is because a deck filled with 10 increases the chance of the dealer getting bust. You on the other hand can just opt to stand. In an opposite manner, a deck filled with smaller cards makes the dealers chance to bust less. If you know the deck is filled with 10s or smaller cards, this can give you the advantage of knowing what strategy to use.

The dealer must then always hit until having a soft 17. To hit with a hand of 10 & 6 and knowing the deck is filled with 10s is a bad idea.

If the deck is filled with aces, there is high chance that you’ll hit blackjack. When the player has blackjack, the pay off odds are 3:2. The dealer will only win on the other hand if he also gets a blackjack. That’s why a deck filled with aces is always to the player’s advantage.

Blackjack counting is not done by memorizing each card that has come out of a 6 deck shoe of cards. If you are able to do that, I'd be in awe: you should be in the world records book or maybe even the loony bin.

Blackjack card counting is done by assigning the different card numbers with different point values. Always remember to pick a system that is easy to remember. This will cause fewer mistakes and you will lose less money.

As stated above, you will assign a point value for each card and you will have to add the value of the cards that have come out. This is called the running count. Based on the plus/minus strategy, here are the values assigned.

2, 3,4,5,6 = +1;

7, 8, 9 = 0;

10, J, Q, K, Ace = -1

To illustrate this more clearly:

The first card dealt is an ace, so we start by having -1. Then 6 is the next card dealt so we add 1. This makes the run count back to zero. Then a 3 and 4 follows, making the run count now 2.

After figuring the run count, you can try to figure the true count. You take the running count you have and divide it with the number of decks remaining from the shoe.

The true counts tell you the appropriate bet size and you can base your strategy from there. Good luck!

Most beginners think blackjack is a complicated game and requires a lot of effort, time and money. This is not true.

So, if you are blackjack beginner, then these three steps are for you a they will help you win.

1. Anyone can win at blackjack

Firstly, the object of the game is have a hand with a points total close to 21, without going over 21 to beat the dealer. In fact, the entire object of the game it to beat the dealer.

For your information, all the face cards (that is, the kings, queens and jacks) are worth 10 points. All the
Aces are worth either 1 or 11 points (whichever is better for your hand). All the other cards are exactly worth their number.

Remember, when you play blackjack you are competing only against the dealer.

The dealer can make no choices - All the dealer can do is follow the house rules. However, you do have a lot of choices to make and how you make them will determine if you win or not.

This one fact makes blackjack a game you can win over the long term. But you must choose correctly.

2. A Strategy to even out the odds.

It is a mathematically proven method that any blackjack strategy must statistically give you the odds on how to play your cards in relation to the hands that have passed.

So, the strategy below, used over time, can help you even out the odds and gain an edge over the casino.

The idea is to reduce the casino odds advantage or house edge; which is 5.75% to just 0.5% and then move to a positive edge of 2%.

Let’s see how it’s done, its easy!

3. Card Counting – The Secret Strategy of Blackjack

To help you put the odds in your favor, any blackjack card counting method must give you an idea of the probability of what is left in the deck and what cards have a probability of coming out.

You do this by counting the cards already dealt and then estimate the probability of cards most likely cards to be dealt next.

You then increase bet size when the odds favor you and decrease it when the odds favor the dealer.

First you need to learn blackjack basic strategy this reduces the odds to just 0.5%.

Basic strategy tells you the best cards to play in rleation to any cards dealt to you and is soon committed to memory, until you do this pre printed cards are available.

Now its time to get the odds in your favor by adding a card counting strategy.

With card counting, you can get the odds advantage the casino holds over you in your favor.

Blackjack low cards generally favor the dealer and high cards favor the player as we have stated as. low cards help the dealer make winning totals on his hands when he is stiff, i.e. “must hit” (the dealer has a 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16 total on his first two cards).

You should know that in blackjack, you can stand on ‘your’ stiffs if you want to, but the dealer can’t.

The dealer can make no choices.

Blackjack rules require a dealer to hit when he is stiff, and the deck may be full on high cards that can make him bust.

A few things to remember

Blackjack is really a simple game, and doesn’t take to much time or money to become good and a winner.

Pick a blackjack card counting system that you are comfortable with, you can actually learn one in about 20 minutes, so its perfect introduction for a beginner in blackjack.

Stick with it also while you play. It is important to be consistent and never delvaite from your system if you lose short term be prepared this is a long term strategy and will eventually help you win.

Focus on the long term.

Card counting will allow you to get an odds advantage over the casino.

Some systems are very simple and really effective as we have said use them first and then work up to more complicated methods if you wish.

Finally, remember that it is the choices that you make that will bring you big online profits. In beginner’s blackjack you must learn the correct choices. Good luck.

Depending upon what cards have been played, you can determine what cards are left, and the cards you know are in the deck will dictate how you should play your hand

For example, if more cards are left that favor the player, the player and can raise the bet size to capitalize on the increased odds of success.

Learn to Play Blackjack & Win Big Pots Consistently - Part 1

Learn to Play Blackjack and Win Part 1

Learning to play blackjack is easy and it is the one casino game where statistically you can hold an edge over the casino.

You can learn blackjack easily the rules are simple but to win at blackjack you need to play correctly and bet when the odds are in your favor

This article will give you the basics of how to learn blackjack and the next article will go into winning strategies.
So let's get started and learn blackjack rules and how to play.

Learn Blackjack The rules

The object is to take cards with point totals as close to 21 without going over 21. The face cards (Kings, Queens and Jacks) are worth 10 points each. Aces are worth 1 or 11, whichever is advantageous to your hand. All other cards are represented by their designated number.

Should the player and the dealer tie, it is called a “push” and there is no winner. The ace and a 10 (called a natural or Blackjack) on the first two cards dealt is an automatic player win paying out at 1.5 to 1, unless the house ties with a blackjack as well.

Winning at blackjack means you must beat the dealer without “busting”. You bust if the cards in your hand total to more than 21.

Learn Blackjack - betting

A casino blackjack table usually seats 6 players. Most tables used to use one or two decks of cards to play, but to counter the professional card counters; the casinos now use six decks of cards. These are shuffled together by the dealer and placed in a card dealing box called the 'shoe'.

To begin play, you must place a bet. The dealer then deals each player two cards (some table leave the cards dealt face up, some face down). The dealer gets one face up, one face down.

At this point, each player in their turn will “stay” or “hit” (takes more cards), and to try and get closer to 21 without busting.

If you have not busted, you are still in the game, and it’s now the dealer’s turn. The dealer now turns up the hidden card, and by the rules, at sums of 17 or higher the dealer must stay; on sums of 16 or lower the dealer must draw.

If you have a natural (or blackjack) with your first two cards (an ace and a face or ten card), you win automatically, unless the dealer also has Blackjack, then it’s a push (tie).

Otherwise, any players with a higher score than the dealer wins an amount equal to their bet. Anyone less than the dealer, loses. Should the dealer go bust, all the remaining players win.

Blackjack Terminology

Double Down: double your initial bet following the initial two-card deal, but you can hit one card only. A good bet if the player is in a strong situation.

Early Surrender: surrender allowed before the dealer checks for blackjack.

Even Money: cashing in your bet immediately at a 1:1 payout ratio when you are dealt a natural blackjack and the dealer's showing card is an Ace Insurance: side bet up to half the initial bet against the dealer having a natural 21 - allowed only when the dealer's showing card is an Ace. If the dealer has a 10 face down and makes a blackjack, insurance pays at 2-1 odds, but loses if the dealer does not.

•Hard Hand: A hand without an Ace or with an Ace valued at 1 is said to be hard in that it can only be given one value, unlike a Soft Hand. (You can value an Ace 1 or 11 to suit you

•Late Surrender: the dealer first checks to see if he has blackjack. If he does, surrender is not permitted.

•Soft Hand: A hand that contains an Ace counted as 11 is called a Soft Hand.

•Split Hand: split the initial two-card hand into two and play them separately - allowed only when the two first cards are of equal value. Use each card as the start to a separate hand and place a second bet equal to the first.

•Surrender: giving up your hand and lose only half the bet.

What Are the Odds?

If you have no strategy, the Casino’s odds are against you by about 7%.

If you use a good strategy and keep with it, the Casino’s odds against you are only 0.5% or less. If you can card count, and know when to bet, you can bring the advantage to about 1% in your favor.

Now you have learned to play blackjack its time to look at some strategies to win in part 2

Tips to Win Online Roulette

After knowing the basics and winning some odds, a new punter looks for tips to become a pro in online roulette. Essentially, online roulette is too a game of probability, but there are some tips to win online roulette games.

Tip - 1

Table Limits: First, get to know about the table limits thoroughly, as every roulette table has minimum as well as maximum wagering amount, so never go or stick to a fixed table and bet on it.

Tip - 2

Comfort level: Place your bets only on those tables, where you find comfortable to play. Often, good players never bet to flaunt, as they only bet to earn good profits, whether it is a $1 or $1000 bet. It is better to set aside some amount, since you do not want to log out empty handed.

Tip - 3

Liveliness: Be energized and bet against the table more than one times and never give up. It is simple and gives a gutsy feeling, irrespective of your fondness towards that particular table.

Tip - 4

Subordinate: Be the boss of your chips. At times, newbies allow the dealer to place his or her original bet and accept the chips that they offer. This is wrong, as online roulette gives you the freedom to move your chips, wherever you like.

Tip - 5

To win online roulette game, you need to include the conventional Martingale system. As this system enables to double the consecutive bet to compensate those losses faced in earlier bet. Finally, practice the free trial version to win online roulette, before you go for the actual game play.

3 Sports Betting Tips to Pick the Best Sportsbook and Sportsbetting Service

There are a lot of ways to bet on sports and you may have your favorite bets and sports that you like to play. Finding a good sportsbook is half the battle or maybe even more than that. Getting good service and odds as well as a reload bonus or break on the juice will keep you loyal to a book more often than fancy advertising or empty promises.

Are you satisfied with the book you are using now? I recently asked ten of my friends if they were satisfied with their book and to my surprise, every one of them said they were not completely satisfied.

"Why stay with them?" I asked.

The answers I got all pretty much were along the line that they had tried other bookmakers and the one they were using now was the lesser of all evils. In other words, the best of the bunch, but not anything to write home about.

I think that is sad. Sportsbetting for profit is hard enough without having the bookmakers against you. I realize that they are "against" you, but they should beat you with better handicapping, not crappy service or lousy odds or juice that no one can overcome.

Therefore, I have a few recommendations when choosing a good online sportsbook. Naturally these tips are only for people who live where online sportsbetting is legal. Here is a real big tip and the first thing you should realize.

1. A book that will break the law and take your action when you are in a place where betting online is illegal, is on shaky ground to start with. They may run into legal problems and have to shut down quickly and guess who won't get paid? Also, if you have a dispute, who are you going to run to for help? Where bookmaking online is legal there are licensing boards who protect the players, such as the ACT in Australia. If you bet illegally online you are really gambling in more ways than one.

2. When I open a sportsbook with an odds maker I like to get my own personal representative or at least get the name of a rep. when I am dealing with customer service. Here is a big tip. When you open a book, find a reason to contact customer service with a small problem. See how they handle it. A small problem should still be important enough for them to come to your aid in a reasonable amount of time. If they can't be bothered, close the book and move on.

3. Obviously, you're looking for a sportsbook that is going to stand the test of time so ask about reloads and ongoing bonuses. Some sportsbetting services will offer a great bonus or free bet to get you, but then, once you've gone through the trouble of opening an account, they forget your name. The ones that want to keep you happy are the ones who will give you an even break, and let's face it, in sportsbetting, that is all most of us want.

Winning Tips For Australians and Europeans Playing US Horse Races

Simulcasting has really opened up the horse racing world. It is now possible for Americans to bet on races from Australia, the UK, even Hong Kong. It is also possible for horseplayers from Australia and the UK to bet on U.S. races. This is opening up some fantastic opportunities for smart bettors.

One of the things my Australian and European friends have told me is that we Yanks are lucky to have so much information available in our racing forms, past performances, programs or whatever you want to call them. Of course, I counter that they are lucky to have Lay Betting available to them. I wish we had it here in the states. Hopefully, someday we will have the equivalent here.

In the meantime, punters across the pond are digging into our forms and familiarizing themselves with all the data they can use to score big on American horse racing. As I've said before, the first place to start is the workouts, when handicapping US horse races. We have good clockers who time each workout and report those times and notes about the workout to our data keeping services. In fact, that information is free, if you know where to look.

We've been using works for years and combine it with toteboard information to formulate winning bets. The tote and workouts don't lie. You can't hide the money. It is on the toteboard and if you really know the secrets of reading a toteboard, you quickly spot which horses are live and which ones are out for a little exercise. You also can't hide the form of the horse because the trainer has to work the horse to get it in condition and before the big bettors go all in on a horse, they have to know what it can do. I am not just talking about bullet works, either.

There are only two important questions you have to answer before you bet whether playing races in the US, Ireland, England, Hong Kong, Australia, or anywhere else. You must know what the horse can do and if the connections are planning to win with the horse or hold it back. Answer those two questions and you'll join the other insiders in the short line at the track or sportsbook.

Football (Soccer) Betting Systems - What You Must Know Before Placing a Bet

Football betting has become a very popular form of betting in many places throughout the world. The only place where football betting has not yet completely taken off is the United States, and this is primarily because most people are unaware of how easy and lucrative it can actually be to participate in. The game of football is often regarded as the world's true sport, but the United States does not generally enjoy betting on it as much as near every country across the globe.

Before you even give a thought to the ideal of putting cash down on the football betting endeavor, it is absolutely vital that you take the time to really get to know the ins and outs of the game itself. Football betting has some pretty wild money lines, and because the Internet is readily updated with information, getting info about all the various foreign teams is really easy. Make good use of the internet and do as much research as you can before you enter into any betting agreements. The more you know, the more it will pay off later on when you are making educated betting decisions.

If you are brand new to the game of football, or more specifically, football betting, then you are really in for a treat, but also more than likely quite a bit of a challenge as well. One thing that is both a positive and negative in football betting is how many different leagues there are around the world. This is a positive because it means there is a lot of action to play on, but it is a negative because it means someone new to the sport can become overwhelmed easily. The best thing to do when you are just getting started is to focus on the leagues either in your immediate area, or in a region that you enjoy, so that you can build yourself up and learn how to be an expert rather than spreading yourself too thinly which you would pay for later on.

In order to win more money and to win more consistently, something that you absolutely cannot live without is a good working knowledge of how the game of football is played. Generally speaking, the more that you know about football, the more you will be able to go with the flow. Take the time to do some research on the teams you are interested in betting on, looking specifically for information relating to how they play, how they defend and how well they score. The more prepared you are, the more easily you will find it to jump right in and start placing bets.

The main focus most people take up when it comes to determining whether or not football betting can be lucrative is whether or not it makes any real money. The quick and simple answer is that yes you can. Football betting can present some truly awesome opportunities for any bettor who is willing to become informed before large bets are made. The focus behind placing a bet on a football match is to outright bet on the winner, rather than through points spread or some other means of determining a win.

Some sports books do allow that bets be propositioned with goals, but most is done simply on the winning team rather than on how many goals, or a point spread. Another option for betting is to bet on a draw, because draws do happen regularly throughout the football season. Betting on the draw is an easy way to end up with a decent payoff, assuming the draw actually comes through.

Even if you are not very experienced with it comes to football betting specifically, spotting the big favorite should still be relatively easy. Teams that are overwhelmingly dominant in comparison to their opponent, which is a situation where there is no real value. And if you are a smart bettor, then you know that matches without value are simply not worth wasting your time or your money on.

The football betting hobby is definitely something that you should look in to if you have a serious interest in sports or sports betting. Sports bettors who are looking for an excellent value for the money they are putting in will get a lot out of football betting, and there is plenty of excellent action for everyone to participate in. If you have not already given football and football betting a chance, it would be worthwhile to check it out now. You may find that the ease involved in betting and the variety of different leagues makes for an excellent betting sport no matter where in the world you reside.

Why Online Bingo is a Sure Win

Why Online Bingo is a Sure Win by Kylie Lemon

"Bingo" is a word synonymous with a win, like finding that one piece to a puzzle. While experiencing the excitement of being in a winning situation, online bingo provides you with a constant lively atmosphere where you as an individual have the opportunity of participating in live chat to fellow players world wide. Although the Chat Hosts set the pace and very often the subject line, they are ultimately part of the "family".

Playing online bingo is very different to playing in a brick and mortar Bingo Hall. In both cases the called numbers need to be marked off on the cards, however in online bingo your cards are marked off automatically.

The majority of Online Bingo Halls offer their new players a small no deposit bonus. This is offered for two reasons - firstly it is imperative that for your entertaining pleasure, you feel safe and comfortable in the surrounding, and secondly because they believe it is necessary for you as a new player to get the feel of their games and software. Over and above this no deposit bonus, you will often find that there is also a first time purchase deposit bonus, this is always a welcome bonus to the player as it increases your bank roll and in turn allows you to either play more games, or buy more cards per game " the more cards you buy the better your chance of winning.

When playing online bingo, you are not just sitting in front of your P.C. watching the numbers fly by, it is during the actual game that all the fun begins. Certain online bingo halls through the software they have chosen, offer their players a walk around in a "virtual reality bingo hall", which in a nut shell means that you can walk around the "bingo hall", choose the "table" you wish to sit at, and "talk" to all the other players at your chosen table. Over and above the normal bingo games that are offered, there are also daily promotions, table games, chat games and often set tournaments that one can participate in and enjoy.

There is no doubt, that if you are looking for entertaining pleasure that online bingo has all you need.

Introduction to Craps

The Game of Online Casino Craps is the fast-moving, action-filled game that is so often identified with high rollers. As you may know, “high roller” is the name given to big-money players. Many of these $ 100-chip bettors walk into a Online Casino Craps game with a credit line ranging from $5,000 to $100,000.

The great thing about playing Online Casino Craps is that the $2 or $5 bettor stands right alongside the high roller and shares the fun and excitement of the game in the same manner In many cases, the player starting out with $50 in chips and making small bets may walk away from the table with anywhere from $500 to $1,500 in profits, while the high roller may still be writing markers trying to recoup his losses.
That scenario can apply to you and your own $50 bankroll if you pay close attention to this chapter and practice what you
learn.

Although you may walk up to a Online Casino Craps table and become befuddled by all the action going on, Online Casino Craps is really quite simple to learn. The game, incidentally, is always called Online Casino Craps: You shoot Online Casino Craps, you’re a Online Casino Craps shooter, and, ironically, if you roll Online Casino Craps you
lose!

The Roll of the Dice

Online Casino Craps is a dice game played with dice. It isa game of chance! There is no skill in shooting Online Casino Craps. Each time the dice are rolled, the probabilities of any set of numbers coming out are always exactly the same.

That is your first lesson. The paragraph above cannot be disputed. So don’t fight it—believe it. If a shooter makes a 7 on his first roll, and another 7 on the next roll, there is no reason to say he can’t win on the third roll. The chance of rolling a 7 on any given roll is exactly six chances in 36. Significantly, the 7 comes up, or rather has a chance of coming up, on any roll more than any other numbe Diagram 1-1 shows the thirty-six rolls and the odds.

Actually, there are only eleven different numbers (pairings) that can be rolled. As you can see in diagram 1-1, while there is lust one way to roll a 2, and only one way to roll a 12, there are two ways to make a 3 or 11, three ways for a 4 and 10, four ways to roll
a 5 or 9, five ways for a 6 and 8, and six ways to make a 7.

This clearly shows the math of Online Casino Craps. While each roll of the dice can produce any of those eleven numbers, and although the probabilities are clearly stated, it is also true that the number 12 could come up on two consecutive rolls. If you bet a $5 chip on 12 and it came up on that roll, you would receive $150 as your payoff. If you let that amount ride—that is, bet the $150 on 12 for the next roll—and it repeated as stated above, you would receive the whopping sum of $4,500.
By the same token, betting on the 12 is something we strongly suggest not doing. It and other bets like it are too advantageous for the house, as you will learn fron what you read here

An Introduction to Online Casino Craps

The game of Online Casino Craps is easy to learn and play. The rules are simple to follow. It’s a fun game that can add considerable enjoyment to your gambling holiday. And even though most young ladies may not have played Online Casino Craps during their youth, casino bank Online Casino Craps is as much a game for women as it is for men.

The difference between a private game of Online Casino Craps and casino bank Online Casino Craps is this: In the former, there is no bank. A shooter puts some money down and another player or players fade him. The player is betting he will win, the faders betting he will lose. The shooter picks up the dice and rolls them. When rolling the dice, the same rules apply the world over. That is, the mechanics of the game are the same in a private game as they are in a casino bank game. The only material difference is that players are betting against each other.
In a casino bank game, the players place their bets and the casino bank fades them. In addition to covering every player’s bet (cover has now replaced the term fade), the casino bank Online Casino Craps game offers many other types of proposition bets. These bets, along with the basic pass and don’t pass bets, are explained in diagram
1-2.

As you will note, there are four people actively running the game. The boxman, sitting behind the table in the middle, is the boss. It is his duty to watch each roll of the dice and keep his eyes constantly on the game. The two dealers, one to each side of him, pay off the players when they win and rake in their chips when they lose. Each dealer handles all the players on his side. The table is divided by the center box of proposition bets and also by the stickman, who stands on the players’ side of the table.

The players stand around the table, usually three or four at each end and four to six on either side of the stickman.

The stickman controls the action of the dice as well as the pace of the game. After seeing that all bets are down, the stickman pushes a few sets of dice to the shooter. That player selects a pair of dice and is ready to roll. The casino rules for throwing the dice are simply to roll them across the table so that they hit the wall at
the opposite end. Other than that, any way you throw them is OK. After you have thrown the dice, the action proceeds as
follows:

If, on the first roll, you make a 7 or 11, you have shot a natural, and you win. What you win is the equivalent amount of chips you have bet on the pass line.

If you roll a 2, 3, or 12 on your first throw, that is called Online Casino Craps, and you lose. The dealer picks up your pass line bet. Howevet the shooter does not relinquish the dice. He continues to hold the dice until he sevens out.

If, on the first roll, you shoot a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, that is your established box paint. The object then is to keep rolling the dice until you make that number again. You lose, however, if you roll a 7 before making your box point.

Many other bets can be made, all of which are explained in diagram 1-2 (page 12).

Although casinos throughout North America abide by the basic rules, there are some differences in odds that casinos offer players. On one-roll field bets, for example, some casinos give 2 to 1 odds on the 2, and 3 to 1 odds on the 12. Other casinos might allow the pass line bettor to take double odds on the boxpoint. If, for example, you bet $5 on the pass line and you rolled a 6, you would be allowed to bet $10 in back of your pass line bet, which would pay off at $12 for your $10 odds bet. Now that you know the basic rules, the dealer will be happy to inform you of any house variations.

What you have just read covers the basics of Online Casino Craps. If you study and learn this easy-to-follow text, you will know as much about the fundamentals of Online Casino Craps as a pit boss, boxman, or dealer. Most importantly, you will be an informed and knowledgeable player. The next step is to play like a pro and increase your chances of winning each time you step up to the Online Casino Craps table.
